Delivery conditions and risk
VALIKA IMPORT EXPORT ENGROS AS is not responsible for any delays in the delivery of your goods, which are due to errors or delays by the shipping provider. All delivery times are indicative, and deviations may occur. If your shipment is delayed, or lost, we will do our utmost to help you so that it can be received as quickly as possible.
If you have not received your order within 10 business days of placing it, please contact us at post@valikas.no. If, contrary to expectations, you do not receive your goods, you will of course be refunded what you have paid.
The risk of a product passes to the buyer when the right of withdrawal (14 days after receipt of the product) has expired. If the product has been damaged after the buyer has received it, the right of withdrawal still applies, unless the damage is due to negligence or lack of care on the part of the customer.
We recommend that you choose to keep the original packaging, as the item should be delivered in the original packaging in order for us to be able to confirm its origin.

Returns & Complaints
Do you want to return an item?
Here's how:
1. Fill out the bottom part of the right of withdrawal form and notify us at post@valikas.no no later than 14 days after you received the item. Let us know if you want to exchange the item, get a credit note or cancel the purchase.
2. Send the package back to us, the address can be found at the top of the return form or on our website. Note: If you choose to send the package without a tracking number, you have no rights if the package is lost. We strongly recommend that you send returns with a tracking number.
3. The item should be in approximately the same condition and quantity as when you received it. Remember to close the package/bag tightly with extra tape so that the items are not damaged during shipping.

Right of withdrawal
Right of Withdrawal Act of 21 December No. 105 2000. The consumer may withdraw from the agreement without giving any reason within 14 days after the service provider has fulfilled its obligation to provide information in accordance with the Right of Withdrawal Act and the goods have been received. The period expires no later than 3 months after the goods have been received, or after 1 year if information about the right of withdrawal has not been provided. The consumer must notify the service provider if the right of withdrawal is exercised. The period is deemed to have been complied with if the notification is sent within the expiry of the period. There are no formal requirements for the notification, but for evidentiary reasons this should be in writing. If the conditions for the right of withdrawal are met, the service provider is obliged to refund all actual costs charged to the consumer. However, the consumer must bear the return costs, unless the service provider has breached the agreement, or the service provider has delivered a replacement product in accordance with the agreement because the ordered product was not available.

Swapping
If you wish to exchange an item purchased in the online store, you must notify us of this at post@valikas.no no later than 14 days from the date you received the item. Once you have received confirmation that we have the item you want in stock, mark the cancellation form with your contact person and the item you wish to exchange for. We will send you a confirmation by email when the item has been returned and a new item has been sent.
Note: The item being exchanged must be the same item, or have the same value. If you want a different item, you must exercise your right of withdrawal and place a new order.
If you wish to exchange items purchased in the online store in a physical store, you must bring the cancellation form and order confirmation with you. This assumes that you are within the cancellation period and that the item is in the same condition as when it was shipped.
Always contact us at post@valikas.no before returning the item, if you want to make a complaint about an item. New or correct item will be sent as soon as possible after we have received the item with errors or defects from you.
Complaints
You must make a complaint within a reasonable time if you discover errors or defects in the item. Please contact us by email or telephone and provide your order number and describe the error or defect. We will evaluate whether the error or defect falls under the definition of a complaint in accordance with the Norwegian Sales Act and case law. If you want a new item, it will be sent at VALIKA IMPORT EXPORT ENGROS AS Nettbutikk's expense. If you want your money back, you must let us know. You will receive your money back within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.
Complaints – Consumer Act of 2002. If the received goods are faulty or defective, the buyer can assert a number of rights to remedy defects (e.g. withholding the purchase price, correction, replacement, price reduction, cancellation and compensation) under the Purchase Act, cf. Sections 30 et seq. of the Danish Purchase Act. However, this requires that the buyer reacts within certain deadlines. In consumer purchases, the complaint deadline is initially two years after the buyer received the goods. If the goods or parts of the goods are intended to last significantly longer than two years, the complaint deadline is extended to five years. Notification must be given to the seller within a reasonable time after the buyer discovered or should have discovered the defect. There are no formal requirements for complaints, but for evidentiary reasons, the notification should be given in writing. It should be clear from the notification (complaint) which rights to remedy defects the buyer wishes to assert. In the event of complaints, the service provider must bear all costs associated with the purchase, including the costs of return transport.

Ordering
You can see which variations and colors are left of a product on each product page. When your order has been registered, you will receive an order confirmation by email. If you have any questions regarding your order, please contact post@valikas.no, remember to mark the email with the order number and subject.
We reserve the right to make any errors in the inventory in the online store. Should you, against all odds, find that we are out of stock for one or more products in your order, you will of course not be charged for the item(s) that cannot be delivered.
If you wish to cancel an order/item, you must contact us as soon as possible by phone or email. If the item has already been shipped, you must exercise your right of withdrawal.
Expected delivery time is 3-5 days.
Payment
VAT of 25% is included in all prices. Persons residing in places that are VAT exempt must contact post@valikas.no regarding this.
There are no other fees on your original purchase, other than those stated in the order confirmation you receive by email.
All prices are in Norwegian kroner.
Card payment
Here's how:
Fill in all information about yourself and your address.
Choose payment with VISA or MasterCard.
Fill in the card number, expiration month and year, and the security code on the back of the card (the last three digits in the signature field).
Enter the code from the code chip, password or similar to complete the purchase with 3D-secure.
The amount is reserved on your account immediately after booking, and will not be available on your payment card until the reservation is eventually released.
The reservation will not be charged to your payment card until the order has been processed.
Discount code
If you have a discount code that you want to use at VALIKA IMPORT EXPORT ENGROS AS, the code must be added and activated in your "shopping cart". Unless otherwise stated, the discount code only covers the price of the item you order, not other fees. It is not possible to purchase item(s) for a lower amount than the value of the discount code (this applies in cases where the discount is an amount, not a percentage discount). If you have forgotten to enter your discount code before payment, we unfortunately cannot change this afterwards. Creating and updating a customer account To create a customer account at VALIKA IMPORT EXPORT ENGROS AS, click on "my account" and "create new account". Fill in your contact information and choose a password and click "send". You will receive a confirmation of the creation by email. You log in to "my account" with your email address and your chosen password. To update or change account information, log in to "my account" and click on "change" or "manage addresses". Click "save" when the change has been made.
Order
To view pending and/or previously completed orders, log in to "my account". Here you will find an overview of pending and previous orders. In "my account" you can also edit and update contact information such as name, address and the like.
